Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana https://jurnal.unkris.ac.id/index.php/jmbk <p>Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of Erafone Bantar Gebang Branch. The technique used for sampling is a saturated sample, all members of the population are sampled, because the population is relatively small. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: 1). Leadership directly has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 2). Motivation directly has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 3). Leadership directly has a significant effect on motivation. 4). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Nitnet Caman Food Garden employees. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, which involved the entire population. The data obtained was tested using regression test analysis. The research results show that workload and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance. The interesting findings of this research show that an increase in workload will increase employee performance. Even though the results of this research show a positive relationship between workload and employee performance, companies still need to consider the suitability of workload so that employee performance can continue to increase, not vice versa. The type of data is secondary which is taken from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the debt to equity ratio and current ratio simultaneously have a significant influence on return on assets. One of the districts in Madura that has great potential in the production and development of herbal medicine is Pamekasan Regency. In this district, there are traditional herbal medicine businesses in the form of MSMEs in all sub-districts. Despite its great potential, the herbal industry in Pamekasan still faces several challenges that require an increase in the performance of human resources (HR). These challenges encourage modernization which requires an increase in the performance of herbalists, so as to create efficiency and strengthen the existence of the herbal industry or MSMEs in Pamekasan in the herbal market industry. The type of research used is a type of quantitative method. Data collection method through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The analysis techniques used is the multiple linier regression test. This research method was carried out on employees of the Organization and Personnel Subdivision, Human Resources Development Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs. The data collection method used was by distributing closed questionnaires. In this research, the used a random sampling method. The data analysis model used a path analysis test.
